Are you a master of the mind’s domain? A loving and loyal customer of the mind’s bio-computer gifts? Or are you victim to its monkey chatter? Where do you choose to focus your precious energy and love? Where do you direct your life-force, your efforts, and awareness?
Take a moment to be still. What thoughts are you having? What mental patterns play in the mind? Are you aware of any self-defeating thoughts? Are your thoughts serving, uplifting, empowering, and attracting what you desire? Or are they stuck in stories of fear, of what you don’t want and can’t do? Are you replaying past actions or regrets in the mind? Don’t do that! Forgive yourself and everyone for all of it.
At any moment there are thousands of thoughts that can be accessed by the mind. We are not our thoughts. They do not own us. A meditation I have found very helpful is… “I am not these thoughts, I am not this mind, I am Love”
Our minds, our thoughts, and our ego identity can be amazing gifts and masterful resources. If they own us, and we believe we are our thoughts and only our ego, then we are subject to their play. Be your own Master!

FYI…Meditation is free medicine. It is absolutely priceless and profoundly affective to create space in ones life to quiet the mind and activate the witness consciousness, even if for 5 minutes. Better yet, for 5 minutes 2 times a day! Imagine the shift in reality and happiness when the monkey mind calms, we choose to breathe slowly and fully, and allow ourselves to pulse at the frequency of peace! Peace is a frequency of being. It is not something to be achieved, but an energy to embody.
