In class, through asana, meditation, sound, and breathwork, we are invited to surrender to the present – the body’s time, whereas the mind is often dwelling on the past or assuming outcomes of the future. As the chattering mind dissolves, we open to receive clarity, vision, wisdom, and balance. With greater strength, flexibility, detoxification, and healing within the body and mind, the doors of potential continue to widen, and we allow the expansiveness of the cosmic pulse to breathe the body. We find ourselves more effortlessly thriving in life, off the mat.
